About the challenge

A annual hackathon hosted at Michigan Tech for all students. During this 36 hour period students will work in teams to design, implement, and present a new and interesting project.

Get started

We will describe more during opening ceremonies, but all you need is an idea and the time to complete it! All you need to get started is to start!

Requirements

What to Build

Really you can build anything, but we award on four categories

  • Most useful for people at Tech
What innovation would most likely be used by the average student here at Michigan Tech?
  • Most Creative
Do something creative, bonus points for hacks that incorporate visuals or sounds!
  • Most Useless
The Rube Goldberg machine award, do something utterly useless in the most complicated way possible!
  • Most likely to be a Fortune 500
This award goes to the hack that could be most easily spun into a profitable company!

What to Submit

The code, binaries, and any other relevant files!
